Dr. Perry attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate in Psychology. He founded Health Research Insights, Inc. in 1997.

Dr. Perry has spent over 20 years gaining extensive experience within the health care arena, including behavioral health, experimental / research design, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial health care, and disease management. In addition to being a Psychologist, he served at CIGNA Medicare as a statistician and Director of Program Safeguards, as Vice President of Informatics at Healthways, and currently serves as Technical Expert Panel member for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Dr. Perry is considered one of the nation's preeminent leaders in health care predictive modeling, having published industry pieces, peer-reviewed journal articles, and book chapters.

Dr. Gore attended Tennessee Technological University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine and received his degree as a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis. After completing his Pediatric Residency training in the United States Air Force, Dr. Gore returned to Nashville to practice Pediatric Medicine.

In 1992, Dr. Gore became the Medical Director for the State of Tennessee Medicaid program. While in this position he participated in the planning and promotion of the TennCare program launch in 1994. Subsequently, Dr. Gore held positions in senior medical leadership with Prudential Insurance Company, UnitedHealthcare, and CIGNA. Leveraging his experience in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health care operations, Dr. Gore joined HRI in 2003.

Mr. Polatsek completed his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, Whitimore School of Business, and his MBA from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL.

Mr. Polatsek's over 23 years experience at both regional and national health care sales and marketing has brought major increases in sales to each company for which he has worked. After joining HRI in 2005, Mr. Polatsek quickly moved to implement an innovative and cost effective approach to sales and marketing that has resulted in sales representative penetration at the "C-Suite" level of numerous Fortune 500 companies.
